What is the status of the job for the time leading up to the cancellation? Does it say "Loading Media", "Queued', "Scheduled - Device Not Ready"? That might help narrow it down. Another option would be toopen the job, go to the Scheduling, switch to Runon,Submit, go back in,switch back onSchedule, and setyour schedule backup. 0 Kudos Reply Refer these KB Mahesh_Roja Level 6 10-04-2010 09:31 PM Options Mark as New Bookmark Subscribe Subscribe to RSS Feed Highlight Print Email to a Friend Report Inappropriate Content Scheduled jobs fail with status "missed" and error "e000e020 - The job was scheduled to run, but the availability window closed before the job could start." http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH44658

So a job I scheduled to run at 22:00 before DST would then run at 23:00 after DST until I restarted the server when it then ran at 22:00 again. If your time window for starting the job is short, ie less than 1 hour, this effect could push your start time out of the permitted window. 1 Serrano OP jbl2383 Mar 14, 2012 at 9:13 UTC My jobs are scheduled for 8pm to 4am monday through Friday. 0 Mace OP Denis Kelley Mar 14, 2012 at 9:18 UTC
