Error Message LU1812 a program that was part of this update failed when it ran. Cause When a Service Pack or Hotfix installs, it needs to reference the original install media. If the media is no longer cached this will cause the installer to fail using Live Update. Solution Down load the Service Pack or Hotfix from the Support Site. Run the downloaded installer to perform a manual install outside of LiveUpdate. The installer will prompt for the Original Backup Exec media.
