Printing Issue in SAP Cyrus Sap asked Nov 25, 2010 | Replies (7) Hello Gurus, We have a SAP system from which a program is run via Tx : COWBPACK. It is used to print HU's from 3 plants . Approximate 11,000 HU's are printed per day from all the 3 plants . This HU printing is done via a "Dedicated" BARCODE printer . i.e we have 3 barcode printer for 3 plants . When the printing starts we face issue of "Print Skipping" i.e if 50 HU's are to be printed , first 30 prints come in sequence and then suddenly print process slows down .. no printing is done for next 5/10 mins and then it resumes back , but this time the 31st HU is skipped/missed , and printing of 32nd to 50th HU takes place. This has been an issue since last 3/4 weeks. The printer used is "
I can't print from one notebook (Windows 8.1). Each print finish with status INCORRECT and SAPlpd doesn´t start! Complete message: Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1) I tried: http://abap-mania.blogspot.com/2016/02/problem-with-frontend-print-using-saplpd.html - reinstall notebook - few version of SAPGui - change setting of firewall, try print with turn off firewall - use old version of SAPlpd - look in path for log files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty - look in path for temporary files (print options editor of SAPGui), this folder is empty Solution: Note that Access Method F is connection closed the old and not supported method for frontend printing, because it has been replaced by Access Method G.
