Just before they did that, FileZilla worked fine using SFTP. Right after the clone, it no longer works. That doesn't make

I asked my host about it, thinking something must have happened during the clone, but they told me that they could connect fine using WinSCP. I downloaded WinSCP myself and I can connect just fine with that, however I prefer FileZilla. I tried reinstalling to no avail. Here is the error, replacing the information obviously:Code:Status: Connecting to serverip...Response: fzSftp startedCommand: open

Windows-based Tectia Server and get this error: Connection closed by server with exitcode 2147483647 What could be wrong? server sftp asked Mar 02 '10 at 03:12 Box Tai 1 https://answers.ssh.com/questions/69/sftp-failed-with-message-connection-closed-by-server-with-exitcode-2147483647 61●2●5 2 Answers: oldestnewestmost voted 2 As suggested, I re-examine the system and https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/able-to-access-via-ssh-but-not-filezilla focus on checking the component may get in the way when making connections. Turns out the firewall module of the anti-virus software block the traffic. After added the exception for port 22, everything become OK. link answered Mar 11 '10 at 08:58 Box Tai 1 61●2●5 Good to hear it was easily connection closed solved! (Mar 11 '10 at 13:12) Roman ♦♦ 1 Could be a number of things. But first a few more questions: There should be some messages from Tectia Server when the connection is made on the application event log (eventvwr.exe). Can the error be seen from there? Does the same connection work for the same user when making a terminal connection? Is this using connection closed by Tectia Client or some other ssh client? What's the Tectia Server version? link answered Mar 03 '10 at 21:02 Roman ♦♦ 773●5●8●17 Your answer toggle preview community wiki Follow this questionBy Email:Once you sign in you will be able to subscribe for any updates hereBy RSS: Answers Answers and Comments Markdown Basics *italic* or __italic__ **bold** or __bold__ link:[text](http://url.com/ "title") image?![alt text](/path/img.jpg "title") numbered list: 1. On the right side make sure you have the correct private key file, or add if missing the correct entry. Using the DO web console, login as root and do 'tail -f /var/log/auth.log'. Then try to login with Filezilla and note any messages. Reply Log In to Comment 0 ibrahimmumcu January 13, 2015 I always logged in with username & password via Filezilla. Why do I need private key file now? 'tail -f /var/log/auth.log' returning some of logs but doesnt mean anything for me :( 0 gndo January 13, 2015 [deleted] 0 ibrahimmumcu January 14, 2015 @gndo Logs are here: Jan 14 15:07:35 aa sshd[17609]: reverse mapping checking getaddrinfo for myIP.dynamic.ttnet.com.tr [myIP] fai
