Thanks in advance! compilation makefile share|improve this question edited Sep make error 127 9 '14 at 9:10 Sathish 2,8601823 asked Jul 17 '13 at 23:50 user2593473 36112 2 Can you post the Makefile? –Tim Jul 18 '13 at 3:23 What compiler are you trying to use? Is it in your PATH? Does the compile command for mod_param.o work if you type it in manually at the command line? Possibly, you don't have a compiler installed or available to the make process. –DarenW Jul 18 '13 at 5:07 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 9 down vote Whenever reading the output of a build, you want to go up and find the FIRST error message. That's almost always the important one. Once something fails, the rest of the errors might be cascading problems from the first one. In this case, that message is just make telling you that it tried to compile mod_param.c and it didn't work. You'll have to look at the messages BEFORE this one to see why the compile failed. share|improve this answer answered Jul 18 '13 at 0:01 MadScientist 27k32240 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign
