The my documents folder is mapped to a network drive on the server. The computer is running win XP Pro SP3.The error I keep adobe reader error 1324 path my documents getting is:error 1324 the path my documents or the volume is invalid. please enter the path and try again.there is nothing to enter to change. It seems the installation is hard coded to look for a particular drive or something. Can someone please help.thanks! Windows 7 Pro, Win2003 SBS server domain, My Documents being redirected through a Group Policy Setting. My Documents redirects to \\SERVER\USERS\USERNAME. This is usually caused by an invalid character in the User Profile. Fix 1 - Install Under Different Profile See if you can install the software using a different user account. Hold the Windows Key and press "R" to bring up the Run dialog. Type "logoff", then press "Enter". Try to login with a new user (if available).
