In my case, The Domain Admin has rights to the USERS folder I listed in the My Documents redirection path. A Domain User does not. A Domain User has full rights ONLY to their User Folder (The USERNAME) part. By giving the Domain Users READ access to the USERS folder (only that folder) the error went away. Apparently even though the user had full rights to their user folder, the fact that they didn't have any

I was trying to modify my existing 11.2 version because a team-mate realized we had different DLL versions based on the same install. I can do anything. I even tried installing the latest version of the tools but I get the same message. If I try to uninstall via the Windows control panel I get the same message. I am in a corporate environment and my "My Documents" folder is mapped to a network drive. Any advice? I did not have read permissions to the folder just below "My Documents". I think the networking team here had made some sort of a change recently. Once these permissions were changed it started working correctly. Thanks for your help!
