I have a new installation of XenApp 6 Platinum. I have installed/configured WI on a separate server running 2K8R2 I have installed/configured XA on a separate server running 2K8R2 no matter what I try, authentication error occurred (even after installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, moving from one server to two servers isolating roles, etc.) I am unable to log into the Web Interface internally (I can't externally, either but that's an entirely seperate issue). I keep getting the following errors: using "Explicit": The system could not log you on. Ensure that you entered your details correctly and try again. If you are still unable to log on, contact your system administrator as your credentials may be invalid or there may be a problem with the authentication system. Using "passthrough": Your credentials are invalid. Try again or contact your system administrator. I believe I have AD prepped and to my knowledge, I have followed instructions to a "T"...I'm at a total loss at this point. can somone please help me? thanks in advance! -Geoffrye 0 Question by:GigaBoyMBZ Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 14 Active 1 day ago Best Solution byamichaell I'm having trouble viewing the videos over this hotel's lousy Internet connection, thou
screen on XenApp 6.5/Web Interface 5.4 using Citrix ReceiverBy Jason Samuel on January 5, 2012 8 sharesShare Tweet Share Share 28 commentsWhen you launch Internet Explorer and open your Citrix web interface page, you want it to pass through the user's credentials and see all the available apps. When the user clicks on an app, it should launch immediately with no further prompts. Plain and simple. But this is not always the case unfortunately. Sometimes pass-through authentication breaks. Symptoms I have seen are:1. You get prompted for credentials at the Web Interface logon (an authentication error occurred error message) like this:2. It comes with Online Plugin 13.1.0.89 enabled out of the box. You can go to the "Receiver for Windows 3.1 - Admins" download page here:https://www.citrix.com/English/ss/downloads/details.asp?downloadId=2319945&productId=1689163You will need to download the 55.1 MB zip file. Inside you will see both "CitrixReceiver.exe" and "CitrixReceiverEnterprise.exe". The one you want to install is the Enterprise version. This version will install with pass-through authentication support automatically for you as well as Single Sign On (SSO). You can always install and enable SSO with the standard Receiver using the "/includeSSON" and "ENABLE_SSON=Yes" command line switches and this actually will give you pas
