Unloaded GhostDoc VS Extension from Visual Studio 2015 RC, and the problem got resolved. I have emailed them a link to this thread. sergebee commented Jun 22, 2015 Rehan, Thank you for bringing the thread to our attention! Yes, we were aware of this and already resolved it. We have a private build of GhostDoc that includes the fix. Thanks! Daniel15 commented Aug 10, 2015 @sergebee - Any updates on this? I recently encountered the same thing (#138), also caused by GhostDoc. SergeBaranovsky commented Aug 13, 2015 @Daniel15 - drop us a note at support at submain dot com and tell which edition you need - we will provide you with download link. Thanks! 'properties,' the properties menu gave me a strange error - 'An error occurred trying to load the page. Exception an error occurred while trying to load some required components has been thrown by the target of an invocation.' I have taken a screenshot and placed it at http://members.iinet.net.au/~yimr/error.jpg I tried creating a new document and it still gives me the same https://github.com/aspnet/Tooling/issues/39 error except if I try it in Visual Basic Express the properties page works. Does anybody know what is wrong? I reinstalled Visual C# but it did not fix the problem Thx! If rebuilding/saving the project has no effect, one may want to trash the project and start over....I only give that advice because it sounds like it is a learning module and not a production level project you are working on. Good luck. Some other great learning projects all self contained can be found here 101 Samples for Visual Studio....very helpful. Do you have any ideas how this could happen? Thursday, October 19, 2006 4:58 AM Reply | Quote 1 Sign in to vote Try the repair option in from the install of Studio. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall. Try studio on another PC to see if it has the same problem...other than that I have not run in to it...so this advice may/may not work. Good luck. An item with the same key has trying to load already been added." I couldn't repro this issue in my side, whether all projects have the same issue? For example, create a simple WinForm app, test it again. In addition, if you publish the same app in other VS machine, how about the result? Whether you use the TFS or other tools with VS IDE? If the same app works well in other VS machine, and all projects have the same issue in your VS. I suggest you disable all other add-ins or other tools like the TFS in your VS, and then open your projects locally, test it again. If still no help, please repair your VS, please also install the VS2013 update 4. But if just the specific project has this issue, I suggest you compare your project with a new simple WinForm project, maybe you could find some differences, or you could create a blank solution, and then copy the project files to the new solution, publish it again.
