a few minutes. Join Now We have a XenApp 5.0 Enterprise running on Server2008 Std SP2. Just a single server configuration. It had been working fine with published apps, however just recently these have stopped working. I can log in via the web interface and see the icons for the apps but if I try and launch one I get "An error occurred while making the requested connection". If I right click and try to open in a new tab it comes back with a 404 error - File or Directory not found. I've tried deleting and re-adding the apps but no joy. All apps are the same - Word, Outlook, Excel, Desktop, Adobe Reader, etc. Been looking through all the Google stuff online but not found anything which has helped so far. There are no errors in the event logs either at the client or server end. I would be very grateful for any suggestions as we're not really getting anywhere with it. An index number of 10000 or more indicates that the server thinks it is at a full load. Check also that the server does not have logins disabled. I have had to disable logins and then re-enable logins to fix issues before. I had a server that gave me the same error, and when I did a qfarm /load it did not even show up on the list. I had to stop the IMA service, run dsmaint /recreatelhc from the command prompt, and restart the IMA service to fix it. 1 Poblano OP dave4707 Sep 2, 2011 at 3:22 UTC Yeah I tried that and the load was low, like 200 or something as no-one is using it yet. Tried restarting the IMA service, rebooting the server and all
