Martin, I have done a 7.1.3 to 10.5.1 before; I bit the bullet an unknown error occurred while accessing an unnamed file solidworks and setup PCD, and it went off without a hitch. An Unknown Error Occurred While Accessing Revit
It is a jump upgrade (we are moving from a pizza box to vmware), I am doing the upgrade offbox to then import data to a 10.5.1 BE6K... I have rebooted it dozens of times... there is just one server (I have removed the other subs)... Jonathan On Tue, Mar 10, 2015 at 9:59 AM, Ryan Huff

I have applied the ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn patch, no change in behavior... Any ideas? [In reply to] Given that it is complaining about accessing the upgrade file, are you using dvd image/dvd on the host or sftp? I'd try a different method to see. Not a whole lot of information, http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/cisco/voip/184984 but I have seen SFTP cause similar issues, I think it was a permissions problem on a linux setup using openssh. while accessing the upgrade file We are trying to upgrade a cluster which consists of a publisher and a subscriber. http://blog.qsolved.com/2010/06/upgrade-from-cucm-712-to-713-fails.html I am running 7.1.2-10000-16 and want to upgrade to 7.1.3-32900-4. When http://marc.info/?l=cisco-voip&m=133728913529773 we use the upgrade file which has been checked for the correct MD5Hash, the file loads and the upgrade starts. After around 30mins the upgrade fails with the following error - "Error encountered: An unknown error occurred while accessing the upgrade file"Troubleshooting tipsMake sure only one file error occurred exists in the SFTP server directory that you point CUCM to for upgrade files via the OS administration pageEnsure that the file you are accessing is in a dedicated folder path with no other upgrade files in itWith only the specific 7.1(3) upgrade file in this path, attempt to download the upgrade file again by starting the installation process.Citation error occurred while - This blog post does not reflect original content from the author.
