happened I went ahead and bought a brand new WD Blue hard drive and got rid of the old drive and did a fresh install of windows 8.1 and all the programs I use frequently. This did not work as it still does the problem. I proceeded to check the Memory.dmp file and I will attach both the memory dmp info and the dxdiag info.
