It used to be error -9812 but I downloaded the new itunes software and now its -1202; I hoped my problem would be solved with the download but obviously not.The frustrating part is that everything worked fine before the error occurred. I am on a very tightly secured computer network, but downloading music and such is something that is let by and worked normally before (in case that seems like it could be an issue). Also, I've looked up the solutions to this problem and they didn't work. I use vista, and a lot of the solutions are listed for XP. When I try them out either I can't follow the same instructions due to differences in the OS, or files that are in one aren't in the other.
