I can login internally and externally at my company. But when I try and use the Blackberry Internet Service I just get the "An error occurred during email account validation. please check your information and try again." error message. I am the IT Administrator. I know the settings are all correct. Exchange 2007 seems fine. I have checked almost every setting going. Any help would be great. I have been struggling with this problem for 3 days. Has this got anything to do with OutlookAnywhere? This sounds more like a BB issue than an Exchange one. Also: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB03133 Proposed as answer by Elvis Wei Monday, October 12, 2009 6:48 AM Marked as answer by Elvis Wei Thursday, October 15, 2009 9:01 AM Friday, October 09, 2009 8:10 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Hi Simon, I agree with Andy, I suggest you write the post on Blackberry forum to see if someone can help. Well it was, I've moved some users to the 2010 box with blackberries (iphones working fine) and I can't get it working with BIS (blackberry internet services) Whatever settings I try I get a An error occurred during email account validation. Please check your information and try again. If the error persists please contact your System Administrator. error. I'm using http://mail.mydomain.com/owa url, which works fine and the authentication settings I'm trying (username / password) work fine in owa. Close to the point of pulling my hair out on this issue, is there a way to find out what it's failing on? Have I missed something very simple?
