Resolving the problem The following message appears during an IBM i Access Windows installation on Microsoft Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/964075 An error occurred during the move data process: -115. This can be related to the install not being able to create a required folder. To resolve the problem, you should do the following: 1. Open Windows Explorer, and go to c:\documents and settings\all users\shared documents. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1016718 2. Try to create a folder named IBM in this path. If the user is logged on Windows as the Administrator and cannot create this folder, there is something within Windows that is not allowing this to be created. The problem must be resolved with Windows before the IBM i Access Windows client can be installed. QUESTION: When attempting to install Rogue Spear, the following error occurs: "Error occuried during the move data process..." followed by a number (-106, -113, -115, -117, etc.) ANSWER: Is your hard drive or CD-ROM drive are not using compatibility mode paging? click Start->settings->Control Panel. Double-click System. Click the Performance tab at the top of this window. The File System should list as 32-bit You should also see a line that reads "your system is configured for optimal performance." If you do not see both of these, then there may be a problem with your CD-ROM drive or your hard drive.
