When it failed to start up recently (I can't remember the error now), I decided the quick fix was to reinstall it. So I deinstalled then tried to install. When error occurred during I did I get the error "An error occurred during the move data process: -132" at the 69%complete portion of the installation. I have "Norton Anti-Virus" installed which I disable and I still get the error. I disabled Norton and Spybot's Resident protection then rebooted.
