I just have set up an environment where I have a CRM, SQL and DC Server, and another VM where I have Visual Studio. It's working all fine less the last step, that's comunicate the asp.net app that I have in the VS Virtual Machine with the CRM Server, I'm getting this error 'Could https://forums.iis.net/t/1199390.aspx?IIS+configuration+for+impersonation+in+ASP+Net+app+and+CRM+Pool not create Windows user token from the credentials specified in the config file. Error from the operating system 'Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.' I think is missing any IIS configuration, but I can't find anything, I was checking all about ASP.Net authentication and seems correct. I'm using this configuration in web.config:

Now ifI set some values and configuration section handler then I try to save, I get the error: "An error occurred executing the configuration section handler for UserSettings."The inner exception says: "ConfigurationSection properties cannot be edited when locked." can you help me? thanks! The process of encrypting the configuration file sometimes (randomly) fails with the following exception:
System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: An error occurred executing the configuration section handler for appSettings. ---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Failed to encrypt the section 'appSettings' using provider 'RsaProtectedConfigurationProvider'. Error message from the provider: Object already exists.
I cannot identify a root cause or steps to diagnose this issue further. I have a feeling it has something to do with user profiles, the machine key or security around the key container.
The machine.config configuration file on the machine has not been altered and contains the following:
