Error Occurred In The Step Moving Messages Failed To Copy Messages

Join Now I've been digging through past threads to find an answer and I have error occurred in the step moving messages this mailbox exceeded the maximum found a lot of helpful info, but I am still having the same issue trying to this mailbox exceeded the maximum number of corrupted export ANY mailbox properly. Exchange 2007 SP1 (Yes I know its outdated) running on Server 2008 SP2. I tried to run the Export-Mailbox through failed to copy messages to the destination mailbox store with error the mgmt shell on the server and nope, can't do it. Need a 32Bit OS. Found some "How-To's" here and followed them as best I could. I built a 32Bit Win7 box, installed Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007 Mgmt http://www.telnetport25.com/2011/11/quick-tip-error-occurred-in-step-moving-messages-mapi-or-an-unspecified-service-provider-id-no-00000000-0000-00000000-error-code1056749164/ tools. The error that persists is stating that the mailbox I am exporting does not exist in the mail store DB. I know this is not true. I have verified that the mailboxes are in the proper mail store and the export tool even shows the correct database and shows valid information in AD and the Exchange store I previously tried to export through Outlook and that exported some but not all emails. I tried to manually drag and drop https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/207084-exchange-2007-export-mailbox-issue items received and error message states that some of the items were private or access was denied. I've tried all the above methods logged on as the specific user AND as a domain admin. While logged onto the machine as an admin, I run the export-mailbox command and it appears to start the task properly, but when it prompts me to confirm the task and continue, Powershell crashes. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if there is another method, but I could use some assistance! :) Reply Subscribe View Best Answer RELATED TOPICS: Exchange 2007, Export-Mailbox with no results Alternative to Export-Mailbox for PST Export Exchange 2007 Exchange 2007 Error with Powershell Export-Mailbox   15 Replies Chipotle OP Helpful Post Tony6900 Mar 13, 2012 at 7:30 UTC Does the account you are trying to export with have Full Access permission on the mailbox you are trying to export? 0 Mace OP Jay6111 Mar 13, 2012 at 7:31 UTC Are you seeing errors in the event log when you export a mailbox? -Jay 0 Tabasco OP Mike.MDC Mar 14, 2012 at 10:38 UTC Tony6900 wrote: Does the account you are trying to export with have Full Access permission on the mailbox you are trying to export?
