Do I need to put the server, information store, and database instance? I http://www.networksteve.com/exchange/topic.php/Exchange_2010_to_Exchange_2007_mailbox_move/?TopicId=26473&Posts=2 have tried this command a couple of times using just the name of the DB (DB01), and the request indicates that it was accepted successfully. It then shows up in the management council as pending -- but never actually moves. Tracy May 31st, 2011 6:31pm Hi Tracy, The move will be performed in background. We cannot move a mailbox if it is still listed under "Move request". You can clear the move request then the 'new local move request' will be available when you right click the mailbox: 1. Open exchange 2010 EMC, expand to Recipient configuration->Move request. Make sure that all move requests are completed. 2. Right click Move request and click “Clear Move request”. Then you will be able to re-move the mailbox.
