Solution: 1. $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable need to set error occurred properly ($ORACLE_HOME/lib) 2. Check missing lib file (libclntsh.so.10.1) is available in $ORACLE_HOME/lib location. If you don't have exact name, you might have file like libclntsh.so.11.1, which is higher than the missing one.
