Network printers are available through session printing and are working fine.Issue seems to be with the locally connected printers which get auto-created within citrix sessions using Universal Printer driver.Intermittently users complain that their local printer is missing from their published application. I have notices that it happens when users are connected to a specific XenApp server. We have 8 XA servers but i think only 1 server is causing this issue. Netowrk printers frm the same server are working fine.I checked the registry on this server where affected user was connected and I can see the printer visible there: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers\HP Officejet Pro 8500 A910 (from TCW-194-G00675) in session 17Also the event viewer on the xa server shows that p

That may be because users are demanding more than just plain printing, and UPD just doesn't support that. I've not had a great experience with the Universal Print Server, so I don't recommend going that route.
