Now on the following two servers run this and post the output. repadmin /showrepl * /csv SCSRVDC1 SCSRVBC4 SCSRVBC0 -Jay 0 Datil OP anthony7445 Nov 29, 2012 at 11:24 UTC i see errors in BC0 ShowReplLogs.txt (15.2 KB) 0 Mace OP Jay6111 failed with Nov 29, 2012 at 11:32 UTC Yeah, it's down to this, showrepl_INFO,NewSLT,SCSRVBC1,"DC=ForestDnsZones,DC=eldoradocourt,DC=org",MainSt reet,SCSRVBC0,RPC,4,2012-11-29 13:59:21,2012-11-29 07:48:37,1256 showrepl_INFO,NewSLT,SCSRVBC1,"DC=ForestDnsZones,DC=eldoradocourt,DC=org",Buildi ng-C,SCSRVDC1,RPC,23,2012-11-29 15:14:21,2012-11-29 09:18:37,1256 showrepl_INFO,NewSLT,SCSRVBC1,"DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=eldoradocourt,DC=org",MainSt reet,SCSRVBC0,RPC,4,2012-11-29 13:59:21,2012-11-29 07:48:37,1256 showrepl_INFO,NewSLT,SCSRVBC1,"DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=eldoradocourt,DC=org",Buildi ng-C,SCSRVDC1,RPC,23,2012-11-29 15:14:21,2012-11-29 09:18:37,1256 Now the tricky part, force the replication on the particular objects. -Jay 0 Datil OP anthony7445 Nov 29, 2012 at 11:34 UTC can you tell me exactly what you want me to failed with status do from which server? 0 Mace OP Jay6111 Nov 29, 2012 at 11:35 UTC This is what we are looking at. Repadmin /replicate DestinationDC SourceDC
only takes a few minutes. Join Now We have 2 existing DCs: PDC03 and FIN03. Both are GCs PDC03 - Windows 2003, DNS, all FSMO roles FIN03 - Windows 2003, DNS, DHCP DOmain functional level: 2003 Forest functional level: 2000 They replicate fine between themselves. I added 2 new windows 2008 r2 DCs; DC-01 and DC-02, both are GCs and have DNS. DC-01 doesn't have a connection link in Sites and Services with FIN03 DC-02 doesn't have a connection link in Sites and Services with PDC03 FIN03 doesn't have a connection link in Sites and Services with DC-01 PDC-03 doesn't have a connection link in Sites and Services with DC-02 As you can see, each server seems to only have a maximum of 2 connection links in Sites and Services. dcdiag /c on all servers shows no obvious problems (see attachments), apart from PDC03 which has a kccevent error. repadmin /showrepl logs have been included. logs.zip (8.16 KB) Reply Subscribe View Best Answer RELATED TOPICS: DCS-936L and D-ViewCam Replacing 2012 DCs with 2012 R2 Add 2012 DC to 2003 AD   16 Replies Datil OP L.S May 17, 2013 at 9:29 UTC Can't you just manually add the links in sites and services? You can control what and when you want replication to occur. 0 Cayenne OP Jeff2262 May 17, 2013 at 9:43 UTC What's your evidence/symptoms that replication isn't occurring? Also, is this just a single site? 0 Anaheim OP Aziz5838 May 17, 2013 at 9:51 UTC yes, it's just a single site. My evidence is that each server should have 3 connection links in Sites and Services, but doesn't. It's meant to talk to every other DC, not a maximum of 2. I don't want to try manually adding links (yet) and throw another cog in the system to complicate troubleshooting, without trying to resolve auto replication problem first.. 0 Jalapeno OP Daniel990 May 17, 2013 at 9:53 UTC Can you post: repadmin /replsummary ? Clear system event log, dcdiag reports error logged there. Then run dcdiag again, still curious to see replsummary. 0 Anaheim OP Aziz5838 May 17, 2013 at 9:55 UTC yep, see attachment summary.zip (1.4 KB) 0 Jalapeno OP Daniel990 May 17, 2013 at 10:01 UTC Ye, like i suspected, probably just old syslog entry. You have full sync between all of them. Last sync was 45 minutes ago, next should happen shortly. Clear syslog, run dcdiag again. 0 Jalapeno OP Daniel990 May 17, 2013 at 10:08 UTC You could also try: repadmin /syncall 'fsmo dc
