When I run DCDiag I get an error ragarding the two 2008 DCs:DsBindWithSpnEx() failed with error 1726, The remote procedure call failed. The connectivity is

fine between 2003 and 2008 DCs regardless of the site but it always generates this message between the two 2008 DCs. Any suggestions? I did quite a bit of research already and I cannot get it fixed. Thanks.JiriP.S. I am not sure if it is related but the same problem affects DFSR replication between two newly installed 2008 file dsreplicagetinfo(kcc_ds_connect_failures) failed with error 8453 servers or if I try to connect from a DNS server on one of the 2008 DCs to the other one (I can connect to the 2003 DNS servers without a problem). On the ISA boxes it generates from time to time an error ("A non-SYN packet was dropped because it was sent by a source that does not have an established connection with the ISA Server computer.") but again, I have tried everything I could find, and it is still a problem. Win2k3 dc's and Win2k. I have just recently upgraded both dc's in my site to Win2k3. Before the upgrade one of my dc's in ldap bind failed with error 8341 this site replicated back to the forest and all the other dc's in my domain (all sites in my domain) replicated back to this domain controller. Since the upgrade this dc shows the error pasted below when I run a https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/d2804f30-626b-419d-a85a-eeda0a9b7d1d/dcdiag-and-dsbindwithspnex-error?forum=winserverDS dcdiag. However, dcdiag on the other dc's in this site do not show any such error. My dc is Windows 2003 (non sp1) based and the server mentioned in the error is a Windows 2000 SP4 server. Anyone have any ideas why this error has started since the upgrade? These two dc's replicated without errors like this for over a year until this upgrade. Then I would replicate using REPLMON and then change the DNS back to wherever it was. After that I would check the event logs then run the test agian. It doesn't matter if I try this while remoted into DC1 or DC2. According to this technet article, this is a problem with a machine being down. However, I can additionally have both domain controllers ping one another just fine so there is no DNS issue nor any connectivity issue. Both are on the same LAN and even on the same subnet, so no VPN/wifi/firewall/quirky issues like that should be a problem. Additionally, I verified that the RPC service is running on both boxes.
