The printer is a Konica Minolta. When I try to connect it to these computers I get: windows cannot connect to the printer operation failed with error 0x00000002 Both computers are windows 7 and previously were connected to the printer. I had to reinstall the OS on both machines thus the reason Im reconnecting the printer to them. The computers are attached to our domain. Other computers in the office are able to connect to and use this printer. Thanks! Two of these builds are using confirmed a single RDS/Citrix compatible driver only.Typically users will complain about not seeing their printers on what turns out to be isolated to a single server; looking at the event logs the Citrix Print Manager Service fails connecting to the network printer. I'll log onto the server affected and browse to the print server \\printserver, look up the printer they have an issue with, right click it and select "Connect" and the attached error will come up.If you try it on a another server in the farm that is working, the printer will connect.Now sometimes, and I do stress sometimes I restart t
