I'm attempting to run a Make Table query and I keep getting an Invalid Argument Error. This query ran fine a couple of months ago and now it's giving me fits. I tried to compact & repair the database and the database gives me an error (after a long wait). Whats weird is I can have the Make Table query open in design view and do a right click and select Datasheet view and the query works. I even tried to copy/paste the data from the Datasheet view into a unpopluated table...and it fails. I get the same Invalid Argument error. Any suggestions on what I might do to fix this problem? Thanks... Reply With Quote 06-17-03,11:47 #2 texasalynn View Profile View Forum Posts Registered User Join Date Jun 2002 Location Houston, TX Posts 116 I'm getting a similar problem. I have a feeling that the maximum limits are causing the problem. I saw a message a while back about the limits and mine is 2GB. I'm stumped on how to fix. So I will be happy if someone knows the answer texasalynn Reply With Quote 06-22-03,13:07 #3 cdakjat View Profile View Forum Posts Registered User Join Date Dec 2002 Location Alaska Posts 19 Yeah....the only way I fixed my db....was to create a new db and import all of the tables, forms, queries, etc over to the new db. The size of my db went from 2 gigs to 37 megs. It's working fine now.
