All server/client computer are running on virtual (VMware). The installation goes well without any issue or freaky error message. Both computer is pingable on both sides. OWA is accessible to all users and working fine (send/receive). The problem now is when I try to create 1 user mailbox, it can automatically detect the username, but last it cannot detect Exchange server and ends up with the error below. I had tried to disabling the firewall on both client and server side but still get the error message. I'm using MS Outlook 2013 and install it on Windows 7 32-bit. First try on Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit as I thought probably due to OS. But it is the same on 32-bit. Appreciate if anybody can a

Step 2: Now Click on Show Profiles below Profiles Now Mail Window Opens and it will have an old profile in there Step 4: Now click on Add and type a new Profile Name and click OK Step 6: Now Tick on manually configure server settings or additional server types Step 7: Click on Next Step 8: Now tick on Internet E-mail and click Next Step 9: Fill the User, Server and Logon Information and remember you should make a tick on New Outlook Data File Step 10: After Filling the information click on More Settings Step 10: Now change the pop3 and smtp port numbers according to the mail server like Yahoo, or Gmail or any other address.
