We are able to to get email via the website. This was working fine forthe pastfew months then one dayeveryone got this message.I have checked to see if an update was installed near the time of the failure butthere were none. What else could cause thisproblem and what needs to be done to correct it? Please try Peter’s suggestion to check the Outlook settings in client side. In Exchange side, please check the OAB file in Exchange server. If you are using Exchange 2013, please restart the following services to have a try: Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistants service Additionally, please check whether there is any error message in Event Viewer of Exchange 2013.
