Not Enough Storage Is Available To Process This Command Server 2008When I try to start service manually I receive the message: Could not start DNS Server service on Local Computer. Error 14: Not enough storage is available to
Not Enough Server Storage Is Available To Process This Command Server 2003complete this operation. I have also tried to un-install/re-install the service. During the re-install I receive the following error: One or more services for the Domain Name System (DNS) component took more than thier allotted time to start. Installation will continue, but services will not be available until they have started completely. Anybody see this before? I would expect the DNS service to throw specific errors if it was having trouble reserving ports. I suspect the source of the "reinstall SP2" recommendation to be this: http://msmvps.com/blogs/thenakedmvp/archive/2008/07/18/sbs-services-failing-after-ms08-037-kb951746-and-951748.aspx Right down at the bottom, and it's certainly not a bad idea given the circumstances.
