Crystal Report 8 - error 20500 while spooling - 'not enough memory for operation" Want to Advertise Here? Solved Help needed ! Crystal Report 8 - error 20500 while spooling - 'not enough memory for operation" Posted on 2004-05-25 Crystal Reports 1 Verified Solution 3 Comments 1,052 Views Last Modified: 2010-08-05 Hi i'm working with crystal reports 8 , VB 6.0 and SQL server 7.0. recently i've modified few .rpt files like adding subreports and some extra fields. one particular report with new subreport is giving me problems while spooling.I can view these reports thru VB but if i try to spool the same (as text) , i get an error Number : 20500 "Not enough Memory for operation". other spooling formats like 1) word document 2) rich text 3) CSV format works fine with this report. only paginated text gives me the above error. the earlier version of the same report (without the new changes) works fine. i do have ample space in my C:\ drive around 950 MB . the other reports which were not changed are spooling properly. i can't make out why this is happening ... kindly help !!! its urgent.
