Now its in my G5 imac (not the isite) and it shows up in that file 'About This Mac' under Memory 1.5 GB not enough DDR SDRAM(so its in there). so went in to photoshop with a happy face and it still comes up with the same message when i try to copy a picture in. What am i doing wrong, HELP!! I'm pretty sure that there is a maximum RAM setting in the preferences. I know that Photoshop Elements has one in the preferences under "Memory & Image Cache". Do merge visible. Go through all your files and make some more space this way . Delete any you dont need and defrag your computer. ja
