When sending emails; that is when she clicks on Send, she operation failed receives in an warning message dialog box with the word Operation Failed in the body and there is only an okay button to press, the title for the box is Microsoft Office Outlook. I have tried the obvious steps: 1. Re-create Email Profile with both Cached mode on and off. 2. Deleted Office 2007 and installed Office 2010 3. Updated to the latest version. Looking into the error it states it may be a result if a user has gone over their the operation failed mailbox quota, I have tried turning quota off, giving unlimited quota and also increasing quota size to an amount normally set on boxes and that has had no effect. I have read also it can be caused by the html email signature which I have tried removing, even tried sending the email in plain text. I've only been able to narrow it down to the fact it happens when she is replying to emails and she has a few emails open on the screen, every other program runs fine and running Outlook's Connection Status everything is fine. The user is connecting to a local Exchange 2007 server. Has anyone else been able to solve this annoying issue? It simply says :"The operation failed ." bobkatbf, Jun 12, 2005 #3 Kitch Joined: Mar 26, 2005 Messages: 1,764 I see, I'm sorry I couldn't match the exact error message. Did you review the other results for possibilities? Do you have the latest Office service packs installed? Kitch, Jun 12, 2005 #4 bobkatbf Thread Starter Joined: Sep 23, 2003 Messages: 190 The emails do arrive in my Inbox. But not when I click on "Send/Receive". But what is weird is that my emails go out immediately that I send. I guess that I tend to be leary of Service Packs- but maybe I shouldn't be that way! When did latest Service Pack come out? bobkatbf, Jun 12, 2005 #5 bobkatbf Thread Starter Joined: Sep 23, 2003 Messages: 190 why am I getting this message from Microsoft Outlook when I try to download my emails ???: Operation Failed bobkatbf, Sep 25, 2005 #6 EAFiedler Moderator Joined: Apr 25, 2000 Messages: 14,042 Hi bobkatbf Since
