Phicis, Jan 17, 2008. Phicis Guest We have a user that since a few weeks have problems with his rules in Outlook. When he wants to open "Rules and Alerts" the users get the following error: "The operation failed. An object could not be found". I already added a new profile in the Mail Setup(Control Panel => Mail) but that doesn't solve the problem. Does anyone know how to solve the problem. Francis.
