We can test this issue in a new Outlook profile. Here are the detailed steps on how to create a new profile to test this issue ============== 1. Exit Outlook. 2. Go to Start > Control Panel, click or double-click Mail. Mail appears in different Control Panel locations depending upon the version of the Microsoft Windows operating system, Control Panel view selected, and whether a 32- or 64-bit operating system or version of Outlook is installed. Fixed in the OP. Even just now I typed 2012, then had to backspace to change to 2010. Guess I am just used to typing the current year. Anyways, repair did not fix it. I have deleted the account and tried to re-add it, to no avail. Also, I tried to add the account to another computer with Outlook, same error. I have contacted Godaddy and they say it is not their issue, and suggested many things that did not fix it.
