I also tried copying the appdata/outlook folder and did not help either so i was wondering if there is anything else you know of to do short of wiping the profile and starting from scratch? We have found that users come back with the same issues again. I found that another thread was started on Technet and shows the removal of KB3114831 resolves the issue.
