1 year ago Answered Me Too Un-Me Too 1 Follow Unfollow 2 Just bought a new computer and running on 8.1, can't email my invoices because I keep getting the 'printer not activated error code - 20' error message. There are posts to fix this in Windows 7 and 8 but not 8.1. I would appreciate any assistance. The issue here primarily is that QB10-11 https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/printer-not-activated-error-code-20-in-windows-8-1 is some 3-4 years older than the Operating System which can throw up all kinds of incompatibility issues. This post on running older versions of Accounts formerly QuickBooks Australia on new machines may be of help also.
