Last week we installed new printers at a client of ours (Dell Lasers). One user when she goes to outlook and prints says "Printer Not Ready" I disabled addons and booted into Outlook.exe /safe and same issue. I ripped out Office 2003 and reinstalled (used MS Cleanup) I created new profile (they are on exchange) I installed printer locally using TCP/IP instead of share off server. Make sure that "Enable bidirectional support" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it. Make sure that "Enable bidirectional support" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it. Reboot that computer is necessary. See if this eliminates the issue (it does 99 times out of 100 when I've seen it).
