That's when I got the error "Printer not activated, error code -30".I tried the repair tool from this article:http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Articles/SLN40733 That did not work. I also extracted the xpsprinterbat.bat file in the "QuickBooks Print and PDF Repair Tool.exe" file referenced in that article and examined it. I noticed that the most recent folder name mentioned in the .BAT file was "Quickbooks 2014". I abs pdf printer not activated error code 30 replaced that with "Quickbooks 2015", since that's the version I had. Running that .bat file didn't help.
