Try ungrouping all of the objects on your slides and master slides. Then, save the file, export to PPT, and open. It's worked a couple times for me now.Btw, I'll caveat that I have a different error message - mine says that the file needs repairs, and then I get the file path error. Try and let me know! Also, I have a 5-hour lecture with 152 slides so I'm not jumping up and down about the prospect of going through them all again and ungrouping all the objects. I may try this as a last resort if I don't hear another answer soon.thanks Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by gbdoc,★Helpful gbdoc Mar 11, 2011 9:50 AM in response to cwoods1 Level 2 (359 points) Mac OS X Mar 11, 2011 9:50 AM in response to cwoods1 While I don't know why this happens, and you're not the only one with this problem, it has never happened

It would assist if you mentioned what Mac you have, it's date of origin and the OS you are running. And I presume when you say you have "PowerPoint 2008" you mean Microsoft Office for Mac 2008? Have you been using PP previously without difficulty and now have a problem or is PP relatively new to you. All these questions may seem tiresome, but without this background information, it's really hard to offer "any tips".
