Explorer will now close. I now have two systems, one mine and one belonging to a friend, that give this error every time Windows Explorer is used to copy or move files. The friend's PC had this problem as soon as we built it, so I assumed that we had faulty hardware. We tried replacing everything (including the PSU and the graphics card, any more straws to clutch?) without fixing it. We also re-installed Windows after most of the hardware swaps. The PC is OK apart from this. Mine is a recent reconfiguration using parts that were OK before, and I have not yet investigated more deeply. Does anyone know an answer? Does anyone else have the same problem?
