When she pushes send she gets the following error: "An error has occured. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/924803 Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the CRM community for solutiobs iot contact your organization's CRM Administrator. Do you still want to send the e-mail? If you click yes, the e-mail will be sent out but no corresponding activity will be created in CRM" After further investigation, i went into the user's Event Viewer and notice https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/bffdf528-6a1c-4c38-b7fe-d3f9687a6f14/send-outlook-email-set-regarding-an-error-has-occured?forum=crm an error occurred when she tried to send the email. "An error occurred initializing the Microsoft CRM Address Book - a subscription could not be created for the user. Check the user credentials and network connection and restart Mcicrosoft Outlook. HR=0x80040220. Context=OnlineSync. Function=cSync::GetSubscription.Line=88" For some reason I thought the synchronization wasn't working, so in the user's Outlook I went CRM--> Synchronize with CRM and I got a bunch of tasks that were erroring out when trying to synchronize. and I looked in the Event Viewer and saw the same messsage as above. I installed the latest Client Update (13) and no luck. Is there anyone that can help or point me in the right direction? It's a bit drastic I know, but have you uninstalled and reinstalled CRM for Outlook? NeilNeil Benson, CRM Addict and MVP at Customery
