Chatted to Tech - told me to disconnect power and cable and reapply. That didn't help. Very odd it only affect Real Time. Sometimes however it shows a menu at top "Show All" after I click Episodes but does nothing.

I see that Fios supports the HBO Go on PS3, this might be the turning point for me. Why wouldn't Comcast stay up with what the other companies are doing? Why wait until you have lost customers and then jump on board?
