It seems that the problem is related to your hardware. Better if you get your PC fan checked at service centers... Reports: · Posted 6 years ago Top Richard0600 Posts: 51 This post has been reported. Is there any other solution to this problem other then hauling my heavy computer to the shop that made it? Reports: · Posted 6 years ago Top LH Posts: 20002 This post has been reported. Take the fan out, connect it up to an external power supply. What happens ? Reports: · Posted 6 years ago Top Richard0600 Posts: 51 This post has been reported. I dont think i'm that comfortable with handling computers, I've never assembled one before... so taking out the fan seems a bit too complicated... and if there are no other solutions to this problem I will probably haul my computer back down to the shop... but as for the moment is there any other method? The red light on the fan still lights up its just the fans not spinning, so i believe there is still power going into the fan if that was what your question was directed at. I did some looking around on the internet and I see a lot of people recommend me going into the bios screen to see whether or not the computer detect the fans... well I

Cpu Fan Error On Boot Asus

Once or twice it's given me the blue http://www.howtogeek.com/forum/topic/cpu-fan-error screen of death if it manages to load windows with an irq_not_less_or_equal 0x00000000a stop error.I have two windows XP operating systems installed on two partitions and both crash a few seconds after login so i'm pretty sure it's not a driver or registry issue. It will even crash before windows has loaded - i.e. it will crash in BIOS - displaying a few horizontal graphics artifacts a few seconds http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?board_id=20&model=B202&id=20100330140549781&page=1&SLanguage=en-us before crashing, or in boot selection screens. Booting to safe mode or VGA mode, or underclocking the GPU from BIOS all crash in the same way.Twice after crashing it complained of a bad bios checksum, so i updated the bios from 0501 to 0902 successfully and still no luck. From what little i can gather online this is likely to be a hardware fault, but could be an IRQ allocation problem. If it is the latter is there any way to solve the problem without ripping the thing apart? Many thanks, Edit Reply Quote & Reply magnus Member Posts : 38 Level : Tech Points : 48 From: Canada Posted:11/6/2008 7:12:00 AM # 2 Whoops sorry system stuck my post in the wrong thread. I had the Duel Core Optimizer still loaded from having my 4800+ installed and it didn't like the Quad Core :) Uninstalling it solved the BSOD issue and system running stable.By the way, running two speeds of ram has been no issue because they're both running at 800 MHz at 4-4-

In order to make this message disappear from a PC on startup you have to get into the bios settings of your computer. To get into the bios settings you have to press Del, F1 or F2 (varies according the different motherboard) while starting your computer as shown in this video. After getting into the bios search for fan control settings, I have to enter into the Power tab of the bios settings on this motherboard to get into the CPU Fan speed. On this motherboard CPU fan speed is N/A by default & I have to change it to Ignored to make the message of CPU fan error disappear on startup. In some motherboard the rpm of CPU fan warning is hig
