Using Developer 8, I authored an Installscript MSI setup. I have quite a number of users that have already installed my application and had no problems. The only thing (seemingly) different about the user in question is that he's using Citrix (which I know almost nothing about). When he starts my setup, it begins and indicates that it's https://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?110926-Error-1324 "preparing to install". Then, a dialog pops up with: Error 1324. The path My Pictures contains an invalid character. I searched back thru the forum here for error 1324 and found several threads, but none that answered my question. I have looked at the directory table for the setup in the Direct Editor and there seems to be nothing out of place, odd characters, etc. I don't use the path My Pictures in my setup, nor did I put it there - but it IS listed (and looks just fine, so it should be a problem). I've been unable to duplicate this error, and again, multiple users have had no problems. So, is this a "Citrix" thing? Any input would be appreciated!
