Our remaining issue involves printing with a specific piece of software to a specific printer. The software is NiceLabel, and the printer is a Primera LX810. The Administrator account (not any admin account, but specifically the built-in Administrator account) can print labels to the printer at any quality level (from 1 thru 6). However, all other error encountered accounts can only print on level 5 or 6. At first we thought that the other admin / user account could not print to the printer at all, but today we found that is only the lower print levels that cause problems. It may be easier if the printer was not working at all, but this has us totally confused. Can anyone be of help in giving us some idea on how error encountered during to resolve this problem?
