of the screen, above the Intellisync icon in the system tray. The only solution i have found to resolve this issue is a uninstall and reinstall of Intellisync. I found that the error appeared even after doing the re-install, but restarting the Intellisync service after the install and re-opening Intellisync didin fact fix it. Please note that Intellisync will need to be re-configured after the install so take note of the users previous sync settings. Hope this helps! Intellisync and Citrix error Jorge Rengifo asked Jun 28, 2011 | Replies (1) One of my customers has 7.5.3, currently they are experiencing an issue with Intellisync and Outlook 2003 SP2, A user is taking onboard new accounts and thus his appointments for his old accounts are no longer required and have been deleted from the client. IntelliSync has not cleared his Outlook calendar of these appointments and returns an error. Intellisync displays an error screen which says " Error encountered. Error code 0x8004fceb. Check documentation" . I checked this error with SAGE and the only possible solution is uninstall and re-install Intellisync, this is a very complex solution for that customer because they run LAN client in Citrix.
