The Post OFfice is also newly moved from Netware to Windows 2008. The user is the helpdesk account and gets lots of email. I've run gwcheck on the user, structure and contents, also tried the new attachment option. I've deleted many emails from the cabinet and inbox and emptied the trash. Any ideas on how to clear this error? Make sure another POA handles indexing. Cause The problem environment had two POA's: one dedicated Indexer POA and the main POA, which were both set to be Indexing. This overlap corrupts the process as they try to index over top of each other and access the same files.
