All of the exchange 2007 servers have https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2784785 been uninstalled and shut down. Weare using an edge transport server and a "mailbox" server. We have one userreceiving this error message sending from his MACbookproAND from OWA. He has this issue when sending to several different email addresses within the company, not just one. I have a few users setup and seem to work just fine. We assign addresses by roles in this company because of turn over. So I set up a user by their active directory user then I add an address by role i.e frontdesk@domainname.com I check this address to be the reply address. Everything seems to work fine for a few users. Now I am setting up some exchange 2010 error more users and their email is now being rejected with the error #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.RecipNotFound; not found ## One user was a bit hit and miss then seemed to work fine and just a few minutes ago I sent test emails and all failed. But other users are working just fine. I'm not having any luck at all. Thanks for any help in advance. Is the email being sent from one exchange user to another, or are you testing it from Gmail or some other offsite system? Is it the exchange server rejecting the message or another server? How was email flowing before you set up Exchange (if it existed)?
