book Not downloading offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located. 0x8004010F We're new to Exchnage 2010 so not really sure where to start on diagnosis of this problem. This is a transtion from Exchange 2003 so I have already moved the address lists and public folders from LDAP filters to exchange 2010 offline address book generation server OPATH. Everywhere that I have read so far points to a certificate error, but I'm not familiar enough with certs to proceed further. We have the exchange self issued cert providing services for SMTP, and we have a third party SSL cert from GoDaddy providing IMAP, POP, IIS, and SMTP. This server is the only 2008 server in our domain (currently at 03functional level domain), and is not a domain controller. Exhcange 2010 is running all on one box (mailbox, CAS, Hub). The old Exchange 2003 server is still on the network and has not been uninstalled yet, however, all mailboxes are migrated to 2010 box and the NIC on the 03 box is disabled. Another good trick I learned a little while ago that may help is to right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray while holding down Ctrl, which reveals an extra diagnostic option called 'Test E-mail Autoconfiguration'. That threw up a problem which very quickly led to the root cause when I last saw this error.
