Try to access it again in 10 seconds. If you see this error again, contact your helpdesk." after adding a few users such as myself and administrator to Group "Organization Management" under Microsoft Exchange Security so that I can connect to Exchange 2010 using ECP(before that it won't display anything saying that I don't have permission). ECP works after I added but when server rebooted I have that owa error "Your mailbox appears to be unavailable. Try to access it again in 10 seconds. If you see this error again, contact your helpdesk." when logging in. I cannot access any mailbox by Outlook or any mobile device. Please help. Thank you. 0 Question by:toddle Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 13 Best Solution bymurgroup Yes. Make sure you shutdown the information store service. Move the logfiles. installing Microsoft Exchange 2010 and that was really a nice one. My requirement was just http://jaliyaudagedara.blogspot.com/2011/02/error-your-mailbox-appears-to-be.html simple, which was sending an Email from SharePoint to Exchange. I configured SharePoint to send Emails to my Exchange and when I checked from SharePoint my Emails were http://forums.msexchange.org/OWA_Sign_in_Issue/m_1800549474/tm.htm nicely sent. But when I tried to log in to OWA (Outlook Web App) to check whether I have received my Emails, after typing the user name and password exchange 2010 I got this nice error saying "Your mailbox appears to be unavailable. Try to access it again in 10 seconds". Since I am a beginner in Exchange I was confused and tried many things to fix it. But after struggling for around 2 hours, at last I have managed to fix it now and I am so appears to be happy. Solution was again, just a simple one. That is, In services, Start the service "Microsoft Exchange Information Store". I think the problem was, without that service up and running Exchange can't map a mailbox to a user. Now everything is fine and I have received my emails and I got thepleasure of confirming my Emails are successfully receivingfrom SharePoint. Happy Coding. Try to access it again in 10 seconds. If you see this error again, contact your helpdesk. If you hit refresh it lets you right into the mailbox. No errors in the event log, and nothing obvious in IIS. I am running a CAS server in the DMZ.. this happens internally and externally, everything seems to be running fine in the Exchange 2010 environment, and yes it coexists with 2003, plus redirection is turned on. Any ideas!!! help BTW im running SP1 with rollup 3. What ended up being the issue was that the zoning from the DMZ to the trusted was disconnecting idle connections.. hence the latency saying the mailbox wasnt ready till reestablishing the connection, hence why the refresh of the page also worked. If you have no choice but to put it in the DMZ you need to create a script to continuously login every 30 mins or so, so users don't receive the message. Also putting a NIC card in the trusted and DMZ network and then NLB'ing both of them gave us some really funky issues, so i dont recommend that either. Hope this helps, i've been fighting this for a long time with Microsoft with no resolve.
