The profile was deleted and added back several times. The account was deleted and added back. not sure what the problem is need help. The problem seems to be creating multiple subfolders in the outlook account. When the IT Specialist added my email to his computer it worked showing multiple folders but he wasn't able to delete the folder with permissions. When I log into several computers I'm not able to receive emails. If there isn’t the issue in safe mode, please disable COM Add-ins on Outlook. The detail information for your reference. Outlook 2010: How to troubleshoot crashes in Outlook: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2632425 by the way , “multiple subfolders in the outlook account” Are there multiple subfolders in the following path ? Open Outlook – File –Account Settings –Email Account In the other words, is there multiple OST file in the outlook ? Please understand the following similar issue. Other users have no issues with Outlook Anywhere. I have researched this and the only web site that is even remotely relevant to this error is this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913843/ I have not emailed him this link yet until I can get a better answer. It appears to me that because his internet connection is so spotty that the sync issues are arising from the internet connection. Please tell me your thoughts. Thanks in advance. By lvoight · 9 years ago Hello,I have used Microsoft backup utility for years on 2003 with really no issue through 3 different client crashes. Now on 2007 I am getting odd errors and it isn't finishing correctly, I have included the report. Has anyone seen anything similar to this? This is a 2003 server with Exchange 2007 installed.
